How do I pay?
You may pay via credit card through paypal, or bank transfer. When you checkout you will be given our various payment methods.
If ordered before 3pm Monday – Thursday, goods will be dispatched to any city areas the next day. If ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, goods will not be dispatched to any city areas until the following Tuesday. We ship our products from our distribution center located in Rangiora, New Zealand
(Delivery time is usually overnight on business days, but please allow an extra day for rural deliveries.)
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes it is! All orders is sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication whatsoever of it’s contents. All products are labelled as health supplements.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide from New Zealand. Because our products are health supplements, containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship these anywhere. We are very experienced and shipping and do all we can to get you your order as soon as possible.

If in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with the results of any of our products (except herbal teas) you may return them within 30 days of purchase, and we will cheerfully issue a full refund (less any shipping and handling fees). You must notify us (by e-mail) strictly within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any product damage inside the packaging. We will advise you what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Herbal New Zealand will refund your transaction in full.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.
